Hypnosis

Any person with a healthy brain can be hypnotized if they allow it voluntarily and are willing to follow the therapist's instructions. However, the ability to be put into a trance state by means of suggestion varies greatly from person to person. The depth of the trance is therefore also different.

Hypnosis allows access to the subconscious, the area of our psyche that controls about 90% of our lives, like an "autopilot".

In the trance state, the focus turns inward or to certain things, similar to meditation, praying, or even daydreaming. For example, hypnosis can lower blood pressure and pulse rate, stimulate the immune system, and affect brain waves. It allows clients to dissolve or change many unwanted patterns and behaviors and learn new ones, because all paths in hypnosis lead to you.

Reiki

Reiki a gentle method of energy work, which is performed on the clothed body and without tools. This method originates from the Far East.

For a Reiki practitioner after the first degree, the hands are gently placed or held directly over the client. From the second degree on, this is no longer necessary and remote treatments can be performed without the person being in the room.

The "universal life force" flows through the practitioner's hands, activating the self-healing process, relieving anxiety and stress, and assisting in the release of blockages. Many clients report a pleasant warmth during this time, some fall asleep, others feel tingling sensations or perceive thoughts that suggest solutions to current issues and problems.

Pedicure

Pedicure is the preventive, care or decorative treatment of the foot. Small damages are also treated, such as corns, cornification of the skin, or ingrowing nails. During the treatment, if you wish, you will receive advice on how to best care for your feet.

Massage

Massage has been practiced for thousands of years in ancient China. In Europe it first became known in France and from there it has spread all over Europe.

Classical massage, also called Swedish massage, is one of the most popular types of massage. Masseurs, or physiotherapists use the classic partial, or full body massage to treat hardening and tension of the muscles, hardening of the fascia, as well as diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

Quantum Healing

Quantum healing originated from Hawaii. At the end of the '80s, it became popular through the American chiropractor Frank Kinslow. This method provides it's amazing effectiveness by activating the energy field of the body on a very deep level according to the laws of quantum physics. Of course, quantum healing does not replace a medical treatment, but it is now used with growing enthusiasm in many healing professions.

One of the most prominent practitioners of this method today is Deepak Chopra.

In our office, a session can be arranged with our free-lance partners.
